  • Procuring and evaluating of cost estimates;
  • Commissioning and monitoring of maintenance- and repairs measures;
  • Coordinating and monitoring of service companies (for example house cleaning-, caretaking-, snow removing-, gardening-services);
  • Checking of incoming invoices.
